So, it looks like we are headed to Budapest, Hungary! Who would've thought! After receiving the news that Italy was not going to happen, we were disappointed and not sure what to do. We went 2 years following God in one direction and then all the sudden, we're going in another direction. It has all been very confusing and a little difficult to come to terms with.
But after much prayer and talking with our supervisors, we began to see another door opening instead. And it looks as though it is going to be a very exciting journey for us. They are wanting us to work with a Deaf ministry going on in and around the country of Hungary. We would be living in Budapest, but working with Deaf ministries in Hungary, Romania, Czech, Poland, Slovakia, etc. Currently they do not have a media team set up and are in need of creating visual Bibles and other useful videos for the Deaf and a website. Ryan's main skills are in this area and Dorothy's with the sign language. So it would be a perfect fit for us and hopefully can do some very beneficial things for the people there.
It would also give us a chance to really travel and explore Europe and discover other areas of Europe where there are media needs in the Deaf community and we could start planning out ways we can reach the Deaf of Europe. We can also go to the country and apply for a VISA while we are there. So we will be leaving probably before the end of this month!
Please be praying for us during this time as we try to get everything together and get ready to leave. Also pray for the team of people there, in Hungary, who will be trying to find us an apartment and get ready for us. Please be praying for our families as we prepare to say good bye and be also praying that God would prepare the hearts of the people we going to come in contact with. Thank you all for your prayer and support, we really appreciate it!
But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, “How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!” Romans 10:14-15

Wow! When God opens a door, it can be enormous! Yes, God can change things on us but what a blessing in the living of it. Glad to see a resolution. Keep looking up! Great verses by the way! Ron & Cindy
